“THE LADY” (Banoo)

SYNOPSIS:  Banoo, who is seeking a different meaning of life, accidentally finds out that her husband has taken another wife and the shock of the discovery produces a profound transformation in her character. An old garden near Banoo’s house is to be destroyed in order to make room for a condominium.
The gardener and his pregnant wife take refuge with Banoo and are soon followed by
others….
